We booked this trip last minute (same day) from the start we was sent our drivers number who contacted us on what app once he arrived at our hotel for the pick up. We got picked up at 2:45 then round to a close hotel to pick another couple up. Very punctual and great communication. Aasif was our driver/guide for the tour. Very polite and informative about what and where we was going for the day. It was about an hours drive to the desert from the palm.
